William
Hartman is
presently a physical therapist and director at Toledo Orthopaedic
Surgeons Physical Therapy. He
received a Bachelor of Science degree in secondary education with
specialization in Athletic Training from West Virginia University in
1986 and his Masters of Education in Health Education with an emphasis
in Neuromotor Behavior from the University of Cincinnati in 1991. He also received a second
Bachelors of Health Science degree in physical therapy from The
University of Toledo Medical Center in
1992. Bill
has been certified with the National Athletic Trainers Association
since 1986 and is also licensed in athletic training.
His
special interests include rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament
injuries and co-author in the Journal of Arthroscopy and Clinical
Orthopaedics and Related Research.

Jo Anna
Hartman is
presently a physical therapist at Toledo Orthopaedic Surgeons Physical
Therapy. She
received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Western Kentucky
University in 1982 and a Bachelors in Physical Therapy from The
University of Kentucky in 1985. She
also
received her Masters degree in Biomechanics from the University of
Toledo in 1995 and is affiliated with the American Physical Therapy
Association. Jo
Anna's areas of expertise
are knee ligamentous reconstruction rehabilitation and post surgical
shoulder rehabilitation and mobilization.

Kenneth
Freeman III is
presently a physical therapist at Toledo Orthopaedic Surgeons Physical
Therapy. He
received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science from Malone
College in 1995 and his Masters of Physical Therapy from the University
of Findlay in 2005. Ken
has been a
certified strength and conditioning specialist since 1997, and has a
special interest in orthopaedic and sports physical therapy with a goal
of returning athletes to their optimal level of performance in sport.

Anthony Gwin is presently a physical
therapist at Toledo Orthopaedic Surgeons Physical Therapy. He received a Bachelor of
Science degree in Physical Therapy from Ohio University in 1992. Anthony's special
interests include total joint replacement, and knee and shoulder
physical therapy in the athletic population.

Christopher
Fondren is
presently a Physical Therapist at Toledo Orthopaedic Surgeons Physical
Therapy. He
received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from The
University of Toledo in 2005 and his Masters of Science in Biomedical
Science from The University of Toledo as well in 2006.
Chris is a certified strength and conditioning
specialist with special
interests in non-contact ACL injuries with emphasis in return to sports
training and total joint replacements.
